$129 per user, per month. That is the whole price.
Most managed IT providers make you sit through two calls before they will tell you a number. Here is ours, up front.
Every user gets the full stack. There is no bronze tier that quietly leaves your backups out, and no separate security bill six months later.
What is included, and what is not
The line between the two is deliberately simple.
Included, every month. Unlimited helpdesk, threat detection on every machine, device management for up to two devices per user, multi-factor authentication and access rules, email and web filtering, backup for Microsoft 365 and every endpoint, network and cloud monitoring, dark web monitoring, and a review twice a year.
Included when you need it. Onboarding a new hire. Offboarding someone who leaves. A security incident. A password reset at 4:55 on a Friday. Cleaning up or hardening what you already have. Most project work as well, new builds included. None of it generates an invoice, because a system we build properly is a system we are not fixing later.
Passed through at cost. Hardware and software. A new firewall, a server, a batch of laptops. Your Microsoft 365 licenses stay in your name and are billed by Microsoft directly. You pay what we pay. The licensing review usually shrinks that Microsoft bill. Choosing it, ordering it, installing it and looking after it afterwards is part of the plan.
So a ten-person company is $1,290 a month, and a twenty-five-person company is $3,225. You can work out your own number before you ever call us, which is the whole point of putting it here. If your environment is unusual, a room full of legacy servers or a compliance regime with specific controls, you will hear about it on the first call, before you sign anything.
