Microsoft 365, set up the way it should have been

Most small businesses run Microsoft 365 on defaults. No conditional access, licenses nobody uses, sharing rules wide open, and no backup at all, because most owners assume Microsoft handles that. Microsoft does not. Their service agreement puts data recovery on you.

Migrations from Google Workspace, on-prem Exchange, another provider’s tenant, or a pile of personal accounts nobody ever consolidated.

What we actually do with your tenant

Four things, in this order. Most tenants we take over need all four.

  • Migrate. Mail, calendars, contacts, files and permissions move over on a schedule your staff sees in advance, with a cutover plan and a rollback plan.

  • Harden. Multi-factor authentication, conditional access rules that fit how your people actually work, and identity threat detection, so a stolen password does not become a breach.

  • Back up. Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Microsoft replicates your data against their own hardware failing. Recovering a folder someone deleted 40 days ago is a separate job, and it is ours.

  • Clean up licensing. We audit what you pay for against what your people actually use. Unassigned seats, staff sitting on the wrong plan, subscriptions bought twice. This regularly finds real money.

How a migration actually runs: discovery first, so we know what you have and where the data really lives. Then a cutover date and a plan your staff sees before it happens. Then the move itself, in stages, usually over a weekend so nobody loses a workday. Then hardening before we hand it back. The first two weeks after cutover are where the real questions come up, and that support is included.
